Lisle Township Democratic Organization Meeting July 16


Lisle Township Democratic Organization to host a meeting on Monday, July 16 at 7:00PM at the Lisle Library, 777 Front Street, Lisle, IL.
The regular monthly meeting of the Lisle Township Democratic Organization (LTDO) will feature a presentation by Don Kirchenberg, candidate for the position of Forest Preserve Commissioner serving District 2. Don will provide details on how (if elected) he will work to improve the operations of the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. In addition Don will explain the current status of the legal challenge to his right to be on the ballot.
The meeting will also include a presentation by a staff person from the DuPage County Election Commission to assist those persons wanting to be official registrars for registering voters.
Anna Simeon, Chairperson of the LTDO states “We are very pleased to see that District 2 of the Forest Preserves now has Don Kirchenberg running who is a qualified and very electable candidate. We look forward to hearing from Don and helping spread the word that District 2 now has a viable alternative for Commissioner of the Forest Preserve District.”
