Thank you to the Village of Lisle for putting on a great parade. Had a good time walking with my husband, kids, nieces, nephew, sister-in-law and the Lisle Township Democrats. Shook lots of hands. Passed out candy and literature. One of the highlights was seeing our local military enjoying the parade and for us to get a chance to thank them for their service. Ran into some old friends and met some new friends. Unfortunately did not make it to the Downers Grove parade but hoping it was a success. Wishing everyone a happy and safe 4th!
